The Spenard Food Truck Carnival is proud to present our second Dinner Club! Featuring: Papaya Tree, Babycakes Cupcakes Etc, and premium selects curated by Brown Jug! This exclusive dinner's guide for the evening will be local connoisseur Erik Ross who will take attendees on a journey as they make their way through the 4 rounds of food paired with our 4 whiskeys. Topping off this dinner will be live music from The Eternal Cowboys between each course!

1st Course - Suntory Toki paired with Spicy Shrimp Salad

2nd Course - Hibiki Harmony paired with Basil Squid Stir Fry

3rd Course - Fukano Vault Reserve #2 paired with Pork Belly Baby Bok Choy Stir Fry

4th Course - Oishi Islay Cask Finish Cupcakes from Babycakes
